Training Programme

The Winter Training programme runs from early September to Mid April.
 
The Summer Training  Programmer runs for the remainder of the year.

Sessions are as described on this page.

New and prospective club members are very welcome at all training sessions.

The cost of training is covered by the annual subscription. However we ask for a donation of £1/person to cover the cost of the installation of the all-weather training surface.

WINTER PROGRAMME
 Tuesday Evening

At the clubhouse and the adjacent all-weather training track. The session starts at 7pm and runs for approximately 1 hour. This is the main session of the week where we aim to cater for all ages and abilities. 
Thursday Evening

Thursday sessions are currently under review. It is hoped that we can provide an indoor session in the near future.
 Saturday Afternoon
At the clubhouse when no fixture (see fixture list).
 
 SUMMER PROGRAMME

At the clubhouse and the grass track (or the all-weather track if the weather is poor). The session starts at 7pm and runs for approximately 1 hour. This is the main session of the week where we aim to cater for all ages and abilities.

At the clubhouse and the grass track (or the all-weather track if the weather is poor). The session starts at 7pm and runs for approximately 1 hour.

Beginners are encouraged to attend the Tuesday Evening sessions initially, where we aim to cater for a broad range of abilities and aspirations.
