Summer Programme

The summer training  programme runs from April to early September.

Tuesday Evening
At the clubhouse and the grass track. The session starts at 7pm and runs for approximately 1 hour.   Sessions are suitable for anyone aged 12 and over.

Winter Programme

The winter training programme runs for the remainder of the year

Tuesday Evening
Meet at the clubhouse for a road running session on local roads.  The session starts at 7pm and runs for approximately 1 hour.  Sessions are suitable for anyone aged 12 and over.

New and prospective club members are very welcome at all training sessions.

Group numbers are limited due to Covid restrictions.  We will try to accommodate you as soon as possible, but there may be a short spell on the waiting list.

Please complete the application form.  You are welcome to come along to a trial session before committing to membership.  We also have various Covid measures in place; we will inform you of these before your trial session.


We aim to cater for a broad range of ages, abilities and aspirations.
