Summer Programme

The summer training  programme runs from April to early September.

Tuesday Evening
At the clubhouse and the grass track (or the all-weather track if the weather is poor). The session starts at 7pm and runs for approximately 1 hour.   Sessions are suitable for anyone aged 12 and over.

Winter Programme

The winter training programme runs for the remainder of the year

Tuesday Evening
At the clubhouse and the adjacent all-weather training track. The session starts at 7pm and runs for approximately 1 hour.  Sessions are suitable for anyone aged 12 and over.

New and prospective club members are very welcome at all training sessions.

The cost of training is covered by the annual subscription. However we ask for a donation of £1 per person to cover the cost of the installation of the all-weather training surface.

We aim to cater for a broad range of ages, abilities and aspirations.
